JMT Excel Utilities
JMT Excel Utilities is a great new utility with dozens of great features! This great new add-in was developed by Masaru Kaji (aka Colo) and Andrew Engwirda, both Microsoft Excel MVPs. They rigorously tested the utility and for a small fee you can even get the source code (with or without the add-in)! This is the best add-in since ASAP-Utilities! This utility is designed to work with Excel versions 97-2003, and a 2007 version is in the works! (We'll post a link here when it's available.)

Andrew's Excel Utilities
Sometimes in the Excel community you find someone who contributes not only excellent material, but does so constantly; that is Andrew Engwirda, Microsoft Excel MVP. His site is packed with useful knowledge that will make life in Excel so much easier than you once knew it! To boot, Andrew is one of the nicest fellows you will ever meet on the internet. 15 formatting functions Excel never had! Complete with Help file and ready for use! Graciously hosted with permission from Graham Paramore (aka parry). This is a MUST HAVE for any beginner to advanced Excel user!

J & R Excel Solutions internet browser toolbar (free)
A free downloadable toolbar for your web browser. A toolbar with Excel in mind! Now link to all your favorite websites with the click of a button. Clean up that favorites folder! This toolbar is a must to check out.

SQL Tester ($33) by Dennis W
The SQL Tester is an interactive Query Tool (add-in) for retrieving data and displaying it on the screen in an ad hoc basis from almost all kinds of databases. The output can be placed in worksheets and added to workbooks VBA-projects. It also allows you to copy the displayed data into a worksheet including connection-string and query-string. Dennis has donated 100% of the proceeds to VBAX!

brettdj's Duplicate Manager (free)
Manage duplicates in ranges, entire worksheets, or the entire workbook.

nathanlon's Task Creator (free with nag screen or $40)
This add-in adds a button in the standard buttons area named "Move to Tasks", it allows one click moves to the task area, adding the text and attachment to the email, removing the email from the inbox. All you do is select an email and click the button. Clicking the button again immediately will make the next email a task. Run setup.exe after unzipping the file. This add-in is free to use, but will show a nag screen when starting Outlook. To remove the nag screen you can stop using the add-in, or contact nathanlon to purchase a the add-in.
