View Full Version : Set Tab Order of Cells (For Ann Troy?)

I searched and searched and finally came across the code I need (posted by Ann Troy).... But I cannot get it to work for me... I can make it work if I use your code in a new workbook (see attached Test1.xls) but I cannot make it work where I need it (see attached Test2.xls).

I know it's supposed to be "easy", but I can't understand why it's not working for me.

I want the order of tabs to be L7, E11, E12, I10, I11, L11, I12, E16, E17, I16, L16, L40, L41, B36, B42.... I thought it might be the merged cells causing the problem, so I tried it with just the "unmerged" cells, but that wasn't the problem (I guess).

Can you figure it out? I would be very, VERY, grateful... Thanks!

Hi Taylor,
Your code only contains two cell addresses

aTabOrd = Array("B36", "B42")

The code is triggered by changes to the worksheet and appears to work if you use Enter (at any time) or Tab (only after data is entered in a cell)

Works fine for me. You must change the value or edit it to work else it will just jump to the next free cell.

Yes, it does seem to be working. Sorry to waste your time-- I must have been too tired to see straight last night.

Thanks for the help anyway!
