Process files from directory and hyperlink them

I hav a code that will scan a directory and list the file names in colum "B" but I now need to make this code create a hyperlink to each file and place it in column "D" each hyperlink in the same row as the corresponding file name. the display text will be the same on all hyperlinks "PDF". Is this possible?
