Low Yo Yo Stuff is a song by the Captain, Beefheart (and THE Magic Band). I just fell about when the Captain crashed Excel, so apt I thought. There is even a shop that sells CDs and vinyl that named the website after the song

Get the album, Clear Spot and listen to it all. It's easy stuff (for Don), and if you can go further, get Trout Mask Replica, take out 3 hours, sit in a darkened room with your favourite lift, put the headphones on, and immerse ... wonderful. And then onto Lick My Decals Off Baby ...
