Conditional transfer of data

Hello to all,
The code in the attachment copies from sheet "frontend" opens a folder that contains company folder , matches the company shown in C1 of front end to the respective company folder... opens it to the matching value of A1 in "frontend" (a month) and pastes the data in it.

I would prefer to use just one folder and do the same and need help in editing the code.
The part of matching the folder will have to change to match the given TAB and the part of matching the month will have to change also.

I have a problem explaining things this afternoon due to pressure from my wife that needs me to go shopping and is at the door ... but I will be back ASAP

Big time my friend, big time.
I'll be working on the transfer to the respective company sheet ... but need a hand with the matching of the month within the sheet.

I've done some progress using lingo that I can relate to ( Elementary 2nd grade) http://vbaexpress.com/forum/images/icons/icon10.gif

Still need to match the month in "frontend" to the month of the relevant sheet.
