VLookup on more than one column

I have a somewhat similar issue, my Vlookup doesn't work to produce the result for Col D on Col C.

I want to lookup for Col B which is Ac Name based on Col A which is AcNo and further lookup on Col C to produce Col D in the Form.

My problem is the txtSI does not produce the desire result based on vLookup on txtCurr.:banghead:

How do I hide the worksheet and only show the Form on startup.:help

Hi Francis
I've changed your form to use Comboboxes which should avoid data entry problems. I've used Find, rather than VLOOKUP for simplicity.
