Does anyone have an idea where I could find a sample .mdb that can be used for testing? ie to create/grade a multiple choice test?

I do not know of any, but I could probably create you one if you do not have any success finding one.
The data structure for this type of database has to be very carefully constructed around the "Multiple Choice" entry form.

I replied in your original created thread in the excel forum. Possible enhancement is to save under studentname. Later on you can import all the tests in a masterfile and calculate the score for every file/test that was submitted.
