Macro Security Settings

I'm almost done the Proposal Generator and ready to roll out to our sales force. Currently, the only way I can run this macro on their PC's is to turn their Macro Security setting to "LOW, NOT RECOMMENDED".

How do I become a Trusted Publisher? And how do I set up their WORD to accept my macros?

You should be able to run them on Medium, although it will prompt them for permission.

I am assuming you are on a network. YOU can not (unless you are a admin) set Trusted Publishers for a user. Talk to your admin about using Software Restriction Policies.
