Hey,

I was just wondering if there is a way to make the headers vertical instead of horizantal after you do a query (output). Thanks

Alvin

Not in the query, but you can base a Form or Report on the Queries output to give yourself more formatting options, but they still do give the option of vertical Labels, a typical Microsoft oversight.
I have got over this by creating the headings in Excel and then Taking a copy of it and pasting it in to a Report and then messing about getting it to all line up.
Or you could output the Query straight to Excel and view it in Excel.

akn, I am sorry, I have mis-lead you.
In a Form or Report you can certainly have fields and labels in the Vertical Position, but the text reads from top to bottom with the letter's bases on the left.
To set a field or label to do this with the Form or Report in Design mode look in the field or label's properties for "Vertical" and set it to "yes".

That's alright~ was just wondering if you can do this in a query? or does it have to be through the report?

No you definitely can't do it in a Query, but you can do it in the Form or Report.
