Solved: Use Word Form Fileds to update a database

Here is the situation.

I have a need to take the form fileds that I created in a word file and link them to a database or spreadsheet (excel).

Format:

Question then the Answer is provided in the Filed on the Word file.

I am doing this to compare answers to the questions asked in the Word file.

What would be the best way to do this?

I have tried the ODBC datasource wizards but none have .doc as an acceptable datasource.

The values of formfields are the .Result. You can get the values and do whatever you like with them.
