Web page on access

Can enyone explain me what is the use of a web page creation form in access so I can take advantage of it?

Although I have never used them the Access Data Page allows a Static or Dynamic link from your Web Site to your Database, which has to be on a Server or with your Computer acting as a Server.
So a Static link lets users view your data, whereas a Dynamic link acctually lets them add or edit data in your database.
