I have an Excel spreadsheet, and would like to be able to create a template or a form for our sales people to be able to fill in that would automatically update my spreadsheet columns - is this possible?

Welcome to VBAX
If you're looking for a "live" update, you really need to use a database. You can, however, import data from other workbooks to your Master. See this post (http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11458) for a similar request.
