How to add my own dictionary to word dictionary?

Hi,
I am using a word 2003 in Korean Version now. but the dictionary in word 2003 has so small items.
I have a Korean-English dictionary (Access 2003 database), I wanna add it to the word 2003 dictionary. How to add my own dictionary to word dictionary?

You can use a Custom dictionary. I do not think you can use a live connection to an Access database. The custom dictionary in Word is a text file.
