Solved: Workflow or groupware list

Is there a way in Outlook to do workflow (groupware)? That is, I want to create a list of addresses and have Outlook go down the list sequentially one person at a time and not contiuning until each person acknowledges.

I know that in one of my past jobs I remember routing a document in Outlook to a series of recipients. I have rediscovered how I did that. You do not do it directly from Outlook. If you are using Office 2000 or later and you want to route a document, spreadsheet, etc. to a series of mail recipients then do the following steps:
1. Open the document, spreadsheet, etc.
2. Select from the main menu “File >>> Send to >>> Routing Recipient”
3. “Routing Slip” dialog box should display with various options.
