Cell Reference in another excel file

I want to give one cell reference in another excel work book, is it possible?
How can I do this? Help me!

if you open two workbooks and enter this in A1 of Book1 =[Book2]Sheet1!$A$1 then whatever appears in A1 Book2 will apear in Book1 A1
