Solved: Keeping Access User Form on top

I have a client who wants to keep an Access user-form window on top of any other windows that are opened on his desktop. Does anyone know how do this? The Access application gets hidden behind other windows and he forgets it is there. I do not think this possible, but I want to make sure.

I have searched the posts and found nothing. Any help or advicve would be appricated.

You can change the "Modal" property of the form to "Yes", but this only keeps the form on top while Access has the focus. If you switch to another application, that application gets the focus.

I can't think of any way to do this within Access.

Thanks for answering. I agree that this can not be done from within Access. I had already tired the modal option and that did not work. I think this is really a Windows operating system question.
