Hi! I have created a database in MS Access (2003). I have to give it to someone to test the functionality of the same. What I need is that although the user can insert/edit records, view reports however he cannot view the design view of any form, table, report. I have created a macro that auto exectuted a form to enter data as soon as user opens the database. I don't want any user to view/modify design of database.

Pls suggest.

Thanks in Advance.

Shane, you can easily "hide" the database window, but that won't stop anyone who knows Access from "unhiding" it.
If you secure the database, so that the users have to "Log in" to the database you can prevent the users from making any design changes to any part of the database by putting them in a User Group and defining what they can and can't do.
Access has a Security Wizard which will secure the database for you.
