Locking embeded word object in excel

I have a word object within the excel file. I want to lock the object so that users can not move the object. Can any one help on this

I expect you'd have to set the object to Locked and then protect the worksheet the object is on.

I need to edit the word object. If I lock the sheet, can I edit the word object? Just I dont want the users can move the word object from its location
