create anda update group of record

I need to do saomething a bit difficult.

i have a db access, well, i need from a record in a table A create another 25 record indexed for value of table in a table B.

query reg_act have activities data
table book have the number os book and more data

i need anything that make 25 record in the query reg_act when i do a new record in the table book.

It seems in the basis of one record in table 'A' you want 25 records..generated [based on some logic..do tell us that too]...in another table..but they should be indexed..this can be done....provide a small example...and we can try it out..
