plz hlp me out,its urgent3. I use tools - Forms ... (for outlook at least for posting to a network map). If you are going to distribute the application you'll have to use vbe to create the form and use that to publish an item to a map.
1. Publish the form to a network map called public maps (all public maps) and alter the mapoptions (say which form to use to publish to that map). You must have administrator rights to do this.
2. Choose the users who have posting rights and if they can delete their own posts to that map (owner). Choose the default rights for a standard user (anyone who wants to post to that map so you don't have to add everyone).
