Compare Word documents

Hi All,

I want to compare two Word documents and highlight the differences in the content between the two docs - say different versions of a specification. I am now doing the job with Beyond Compare, where the two docs have to be converted to txt files. This does a pretty good job.
But I want to know whether there is any commercial software that does an equally good job on Word docs directly. If any of you have used the same, please let me know.
