Solved: Insert rows while preserving data

If there is data present in columns G1 to J10 is it possible to insert 10 rows and leave the data alone in G1 to J10.
What I am trying to accomplish is have a clear block of cells from A1 to F10 while leaving everything off to the right alone.

Select A1:F10, Goto menu Insert>Cells, and select Shift down.

Remembering, of course, that any cell addresses will be changed to reflect the new position of the old cells.

Thanks, I have been trying to figure out a bunch of VBA this weekend and was more focused on solving this thinking in VBA terms. Again, sometimes the simple solutions are the best!

You can get the VBA for it by just repeating that action with the macro recorder switched on.
