Hi,
Could you please go to the "Copy of CommitMgmt.mdb".
Once there please check-out the one and only "Report3".
See if you can understand how it works and how it is designed/programmed (it is a bit unusual and tricky, with small yet helpful coding).
Please see if you can do the SUBTOTAL line in the Report3 for each supplier and feel free to make any design changes.
Give it a try.
