Rezising Pictures/Object in Excel

Hello,
I was wondering if you can help me. I use excel a lot and insert object or pictures. I am looking to select one picture only within one workbook and resize it. A right click will trigged a selection like Maximize or Minimized and from the selection the picture will be sized to default setting or zoom'ed in.

My big missing piece is to capture the 'picture name or object name' to lunch a macro. Also any input how to add feature like 'Maximized' and 'Minimized' in the Window tasks when you selct right Click will be great.

I will appreciate any information.

On my Excel you insert the image then right click and select assin macro, you record a macro on what you are doing or want to do and then run it whenever you need.
Or add it to the toolbar.
