getting task forms

1.already customized form is there on remote machine.we need to get to our local outlook.how do we do that.?
as i am new to outlook environment plz help me out!thanks for previous response.

Not sure if this helps but from what I understand:
Depending on which version of Outlook you have, isn't there a command to open in a new window or somethin to that affect?
