Add " at the beginning and end of a string

How can I put quotes around a string in a cell?

ex. 123 should be "123"

Not using F2

[CCkfm2000]

use the prime ' key, you will find this just above the right shift key.

e.g enter '
enter "
enter 123
enter "

will show "123"
