switching focus from userform to spreadsheet?

i am having alot of trouble doing this...:banghead: and im just not quite sure how i can change the focus from a form to the spreadsheet. because what i have so far is a form w/ a button on it that creates a table when the button is clicked, then i want the program to allow the user to input information in the table and then press the calculate button.. any help would be great!

When you show the form,, show it modeless

Userform1.Show vbModeless
