Inbox full help

At the company I work at they set a size for you inbox. Now this gets full quite fast and its somewhat of an issue.

I wanted to create some code that anytime outlook is open and the size of the inbox is near full it will 1.) send an email to yourself aka to your inbox that states 'Your inbox is full, all items are now being sent to inbox2'. 2.) any new mail that does come now gets sent to inbox2 folder

basically making it impossible for senders to receive inbox full error or for you to receive inbox full error

anyhelp would be appreciated.

Just use the archive rule to your inbox that runs everyday. If the inboxmessage is one or two weeks old, move to the archivefolder. This archivefolder is a local pst file on your local hard drive.
