Access Inner window size

Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to find the height and width of the actual grey screen on the access application where the forms sit....

I'd like to resize my form to them dimensions, i have tried docmd.maximize but as i'm using a popup box it maximizes to the whole screen rather than access window.
