I created several forms for work to be filled out by service. These people do not use the tab key to manuever through the form, but they hit Enter all the time. This is shifting the data all over the place which makes the form look terrible. It's embarrassing. How do I fix this?

Firstly, fix it? Train them to use it properly. The easiest way (in principle) is to train them to use Tab, which is the way formfields are supposed to be used.

To re-work Word to disable the use of the Enter key is a serious pain. And, are you serious??? Do you really mean disable the Enter key? What if they need the Enter key? Do any of your text formfields possibly need the use of new paragraphs?

Secondly, have you googled this issue? This is an issue that has come up many, many times. There are a number of sites that deal with it. Including re-assigning the Enter key behaviour.
