On the attached WB, the rate on the data tab is set to 0.00% when you alter either E1,E2 or E3 and click the run button. Af far as I can see there are no formulas that would change the values.

Looks like its running Solver which will change things.

Hi Bob,

I found what was causing the problem. There was this code
Range("B7:B47") = "0" in a macro that was zeroing it out.
