Some "enterprising" people are taking the free work done on NeoOffice (OpenOffice) and repackaging it as a "new Mac Office" (MacOffice Professional (http://www.macofficepro.com/)) and charging $48 US.
Apparently the only restriction is that they cannot use the name "NeoOffice" or make any reference to that name, but they can use the entire project.
