Blinking Title Bar in a User Form

Hey guys long time no see. I used to have the code to make the title bar in a userform blink under certain conditions but I can't find the code anyway or any place in here or in the internet. I was hoping someone out there could help if you have it. I would appreciate it very much:hi: . Have a great day people.

Why would you want a blinking title bar?

It would be a huge annoyance, personally if I found an app with a blinking title bar I would refuse to use it, and in many places it would be contravene disability legislation.
