Launching a VBA form from within an email?

Hi,

Is it possible to create an email with a button or link in it that will launch a VBA form? How would I do this?

For example I want to send an email that has a link that when the user click on it it will load a form (the vba form is already installed in Outlook) and will pass a parameter to his form?
