linking two set of data

Hi I have up loaded the two workbooks.

I need help with a macro the will take the data from Work book f1 (worksheet1) column M starting at row 2 looking up the protfolio name in column B.

And to match and extract the data from the above workbook - based on protfolio name (multiple by 1000 the data in column M)

To post this data on the click of a macro button into Column J starting at row 9....matching the data from the above workbook against the portfolios names in column b.

so each time i save the workbook to the following month the macro still work and i just at the title as Aug 07 etc........

any question please ask i hope i have explained this properly.
