Importing an exported Lotus Notes Address Book

Hi,

I'm very new to Access but thought it would be the best way to collect information I've exported from my company's Lotus Notes Address Book.

The exported data looks like this:
ClntDgst: F505F6D78726F4EF90205EFC671B617F
ClntDate: 03/26/2007 03:13:28 PM

with about 150 lines for each user, one after the other. I'd like to import just the important lines, like name, phone number, prefered userid, etc into an access table so I can more easily search it.

Any suggestions?

It might actually be easier to import the data in to Excel and then in to Access.
I would really need to know a bit more about the basic data structure in Lotus and also exactly what you want from the data.
If you can import the data in to Excel that would help.

When I exported the company address book it created a file with about 150 data items per user, all in 1 column. Each had a key word, a colon, and then either a value or blank. These covered the usual information, name, address, userid, etc.
The reason for using the data is a little long We use SharePoint Portal as a project management tool. We create a separate site for each project and need to add information on the team members to they (outside our group) can access the site to view documents, etc. Adding users is terribly difficult because we need to include the userid, name, phone number for each person. Because we use Notes instead of Exchange there is no integration. The information needed is spread across several areas within the address book and is cumbersome when adding 5-10 names.

So, I thought that if I could export the address book and put it into a format that is easier to extract the information we need, I could ease some of our pain.

Can you import it into Excel?
If so can you tell me which sections (their Titles) that you need.
If I private mail you my email address can you send me a zipped copy of the data?
