Help: Mailmerge with Multi records per pages

Hi All,

I'm using mailmerge to print visitor card. What I'm facing now is how to creat a page with six name field in six continuous records.


The reason why i think about this is to save the paper. Because the visitor card is smaller than A4 size, I can print 6 cards on one page. But the card must be different in Name.

Please help...

By the way, when I try mail merge with "Next Records" in a text box, why it always alarm:

You cannot include DATA, NEXT, NEXTIF OR SKIPPED fields in comments, headers, footers, footnotes or endnotes

I don't understand why you are putting anything in a textbox. Can you post your mailmerge document?

What I'm trying is to pratice using Next record field in Mailmerge.

BUt I just can apply it in body text, not text in textbox.

Please find attached to get an idea about what I mention

I don't believe you can mere to textboxes. Why not insert a table onto your document to position the fields. The Logos can be added in the appropriate locations
