Problem - Update Ref fields in headers and footers

Hi,

I am pretty new to all this so please bear with me! I have created a .dot that then creates .docs from the requested .dot on our company intranet (sharepoint) and then prompt the user via ASK fields. I have placed REF fields throughout the template and all update with the exception of those in the headers and footers. Can someone assist me in how I can have the ASK fields populate the REF fields in the headers and footers.

I made a small test doc, with an ASK in it, and a REF in the header and it showed up. Did you try a Print, Preview? The header REF won't update automatically (at least for me) if I do a SelectAll, UpdateFields (Control-A, F9)
