Hello,

Im am using a query that asks for the employee's name. The syntax is :
WHERE (((Contract_munca.Nume)=[]));
But it recognise it only if i put the name entirely. What should I do for make it recognise any part of the field ? ...

WHERE (((Contract_munca.Nume) Like "*" & [] & "*" ));
