Solved: RecordSet Retrieval

I could use some help in regards to a SQL that is to retrieve marketing information. Part of the recordset is correct, if you can all believe that. I have a combobox that returns no method of communication used for the promotion (ie. direct mail, phone, cmail, bill insert, etc). When I go through the records, those combo boxes remain unchanged.

I appreciate any help.
