Command button not functioning

Hello Everybody

I have a word form template (.dot) that is stored on a shared drive. Users access the template to create a form (.doc) and fill out the various fields, usual stuff.

The form template is made up of word text fields, check boxes and vba command buttons that call various vba forms and activex controls. All of these items are displayed in a table.

PROBLEM: When a form is completed for the first time by a user, all is well. However, when the form requires changes, the command buttons no longer function (do not display vba forms). :banghead:

Please can somebody educate me? :help

Hi Everybody

Upon further investigation I discovered that MS Word macro security level was set to "low", MS Outlook was set to "High". So, when a form was sent via email (as an attachment), macros were disabled.
