Is there a way to flag undesired words, such as profanity even if the word is spelled correctly. If someone misspells shirt, can we flag the profane name the misspelling created.

Sure Russ, create an Exclude dictionary to hold the words that Spell otherwise thinks are okay. The instructions for how to set one up are well explained in Word's Help -- but unless you know to look for "exclude dictionary" in the search, you'd have a hard time finding this useful feature!
