HI

Is it possible to hide all the zero values in a pivot table via a macro. ..................each time the table is refreshed i need the macro to hide all the zero values...............

I need to hide all cell with zero "0" or "-" them..........column H

Why not just do it via Excel, Tools>Options>View, uncheck zero values.

Hi Mate

tried that earlier on Now the data that was supposed to be zero......is "-" as a zero value......so that option has gone out of the window..........

You could always set a conditional format for cells containing 0 so the font matches the background color. A bit cheesy perhaps, but it will keep the zeros from "showing".
