Solved: Table of Contents Help

This is part VBA and part general word help.

I am wanting to create a Table of Contents for a document which I can do, and can record as a macro to get most of the code. However, if I have a schedule at the bottom of the document it will be in the style of:

SCHEDULE 1

This is the heading

Want I want to be able to do is when creating the TOC I need it to display as SCHEDULE 1 - This is the heading......................1. The Schedule and its Heading need to be on the same line and I am not sure how to do this.

I am not quite following this. Are you saying that:

Schedule 1 is to be IN the ToC, but not really part of the ToC?

If SCHEDULE and its Heading are to be on the same line in the ToC, then they have to be.....on the same line in the document.
