I have seen the script in the article :

vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=528

This looks fantastic But I'm looking to do a couple of extra thing with it with your help. Currentlly I have a number of drawing register sheets, with a list (via hyperlinks) of drawings and pdf files that needs printing out. I'm trying to find away for this to select the printer and paper size for this to print out and contol.

I have it setup to use the userform in the example to pick the printer, I also have the script to the point that via a RefEdit field it picks and extracts the hyperlinks of the documents into a variable "URL" so its really just the "simple" method of controlling the printout procedure.

I have attached my current version would be most grateful if you could help me pinpoint what i need to do to make this work.

Hi Armster
Welcome to VBAX
With regard to different paper sizes, I've found the easiest way is to add additional copies of the printer, set to use the appropriate paper source.
I'm not sure about printing PDF files from Excel.
