Printing Issue

Hi to all in the forum,
My doubt concerns the printing options. Yesterday I have download a template form Microsoft web site, and today after same customizations I try to print this template and were comes my doubt.
When I go to print preview options I see that the end of the document doesn?t appear. I check on the original template and is the same thing. I already try to adjust the margins but didn?t work.
So if you guys kwon any solution for this please tell me something.

I can't open the file! What's a .dotx file?

oh right!! No wonder I couldn't open it, I'm running Word 2000.
