Translating languages with vba

Does anybody know a good way to do this? I have a spread sheet where column A is full of text. But the test is in prot?g?s, I would like to have a macro or function or something to take that text translate it to English and put the translation in column B

This would be verty difficult and would have to be all programmed. Having a lookup table of equivalent words is simple, but getting the right words, and the context, and the grammar would be very difficult. Just look at how bad Babel is, and that is quite advanced for the type of product.

I would suggest that this is not going to fly unless you can link into some web based (probably charging) translation service.
