progress bar for custom proceedure?

Is there a way of having a progress bar type messagebox, for when you start running code?

the main reason is my code can take up to 3 minutes, and to the user, it looks like it is doing nothing, and this would be a good visual indicator.

The last one is for excel, but it looks ideal (although I will have to figure out how to get it to work with my rather compicated macro),
