hey yall,
i have a question. the smileys that are listed in the cool tools - how do they work? i have been tempted ever since i got here to get them; but i access this site from at least 2 or 3 seperate PCs and was wondering if it is something that is connected to your ID, or if it is something that has to be installed on the PC, etc...

I can't be 100% sure but it looks like something you install on your PC. Then you can add the smilies from their interface.

If you are thinking about getting it, you should ask the author about it here (http://www.regnow.com/contact.html).
