Extract Unique Records & Copy to New Worksheets

Hi,

I have 2 workbooks which were downloaded from 2 different applications. I want to extract any unique records in Sheet 1 of the workbook to sheet 2 of the same workbook upon comparing the two workbooks via a macro.

Hi francis,

I see this post has had no replies and I don't have time to do this for you myself, but one way to accomplish this is:

Create a new worksheet in one of the workbooks
Copy your data from one workbook to this new sheet
Copy your data from the other workbook to the new sheet, directly below the 1st lot of data
Use advanced filter on all this copied data to find all the unique values and put them where you want them to go
Delete the sheet that was added.

All this can either be done manually or by a macro - record a macro of you doing this manually to give you the basic steps...
